Delivery Conditions
All items shipped via will carry a minimum flat rate fee of €10. Delivery charges may change accordingly depending on the weight of the product being shipped. All items priced at over €1000 carry free or just the flat rate €10 shipping fee. This will be clearly marked for you at the checkout part of your order journey. Most items over 30 kg in weight will be delivered by our own in house team. Our service team will contact you upon receipt of your order to arrange your delivery. Delivery is fulfilled as quickly as possible in these cases but may take up to 3 weeks depending on your location and our scheduled delivery runs to their.

Delivery Of Your Goods
Goods up to 30kg will be sent to you via DPD courier. Before signing for your goods, please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. We must be notified via e-mail in writing at the address below within 72 hours of delivery of any damaged packaging.

All new equipment sold by is covered by a minimum one year parts and labour cover. In many cases the warranty is greater than this. The warranty on equipment we sell varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. It can include a full on site repair facility or a ‘back to base’ warranty. In some cases, where there is a minor fault, the manufacturer will send a part by mail for the customer to fit. If an item develops a fault, please e-mail stating the equipment brand and model number, serial number and a brief description of the fault

Your rights

You have the right to a refund within 14 days of cancellation

You must be refunded by us within 14 days of cancellation, including standard delivery costs. We will not process the refund until you have sent back your items to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You will need to arrange the delivery of your items back to us at:, Returns Department, Dublin Road, Kingscourt, Co Cavan, A82 HC52. Upon receipt of these we will arrange your refund within 14 days of the return.
